How to contact the clinic and discuss your communication needs.
Telephone
Telephone is the main way to contact the clinic. Call (02) 9745 5800. Reception will assess urgency and pass clinical matters to the clinical team. Only clinical staff provide medical advice.
Email reception@onefamilyclinic.com.au for non-urgent administrative or general matters. Email is not monitored as an emergency service. Please do not send urgent or highly sensitive clinical information by ordinary email.
Urgent care
If your matter is urgent, telephone the clinic. In an emergency, call 000.
