Information we collect
The clinic may collect personal and health information needed to provide care, manage appointments, communicate with you and meet legal obligations.
How it is used and protected
Your information is used for your care and related clinic administration. It is protected and is only disclosed when needed for your care, when you agree, or when disclosure is authorised or required by law.
Access and correction
You can request access to your health record or ask for correction of information you believe is inaccurate. Contact reception on (02) 9745 5800 to discuss the request process.

Website analytics and your choice
We use Google Analytics only if you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand how many people visit, which public pages they use, where visits come from, time spent on the website and clicks on booking or clinic call buttons. A button click does not tell us whether an appointment was booked or a call was completed.
Google receives website usage and technical information, including cookie identifiers, browser and device information and approximate location. We do not send patient records, names, contact details or form contents, and we do not use advertising personalisation or Google signals. We exclude unrecognised page addresses, URL query parameters and unrecognised fragments from measurement, and share only the website domain of external referring pages.
Analytics is off until you allow it. Declining does not affect the website, bookings or your care. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops future collection in this browser and removes its analytics cookies; it does not delete information already received by Google. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. If you allow analytics, its cookies also expire after no more than six months. Google may process information on servers outside Australia. Google explains its processing and privacy controls in the links below.
